To confirm a booking
* A minimum deposit of 50% is required in order to confirm a booking
* Balance is payable 30 days prior to departure date.
* Bookings cannot be confirmed without a mobile contact number.
To Change/Cancel a Booking
* If a multi-day booking is cancelled within 8 days (weekdays 9am to 3pm) of your departure date, no refund will be offered, a credit may be considered at the discretion of management.
* If a single-day booking is cancelled within 72 hours (weekdays 9am to 3pm) of your departure date, no refund will be offered, a credit may be considered at the discretion of management.
* All other cancellations will incur a $100.00 cancellation surcharge.
* For Sherpa Shuttle cancellations within 72hrs of departure, no refund or credit can be offered.
