Situated 10k from the historic town of Paeroa, famous for New Zealand's only iconic soft drink L&P, this homestay is a must for those stressed out from everyday living.   A newly renovated self-contained unit attached to a 100 year old villa in the small village of Hikutaia is an ideal place to stay for a holiday.  Your own ensuite and tv and some cooking facilites are available just waiting for you.  A barbeque is also available for your use or if you choose not to cook, breakfast can be provided at an additional cost. We also cater for groups who sleep inside the villa but share the homestay facilities.
